How do I create an account?
Simply sign up here – register with your email & password. 
We’ll send you a confirmation email. 

 

Locked out of your account?

How do I update my personal details (address, delivery instructions, telephone number, credit card, etc.)?
Simply log in to your account and enter your new details in the ‘my account’ section. You can amend your password, billing address and much more. 
How do I change my password?

Go to My Account here, and you have the option to change password.

How do I close my account?

If your circumstances change and you want to close your account, go to [My account] and follow the instructions. 

How do I stop unwanted contact from you?
Please feel free to email marketing@cambridgefruitcompany.com and we’ll be happy to help you 
When you set up an account your payment details will be saved so you don’t have to add them every time you order. If you stop your subscription, we’ll remove your card details and no further payments will be taken.

Subscription FAQ’s

Can I choose my delivery day?

 Yes! We deliver from Monday to Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays) You should expect to receive your delivery between 8 am and 5 pm.

 

How often can I receive my orders?

We have setup the subscriptions to allow you to receive weekly. At the moment weekly is the only option, in the future we may introduce other options.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

If you’re not home, we cannot return later so we’ll leave your box in a safe, dry place or with a neighbour

Am I tied into a contract? What if I'm going on holiday?

There’s no contract and you can cancel at any time.

Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

Free delivery for orders over £20 and we charge £3.95 for orders under £20.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. We can deliver all orders over £20 completely free of charge. For any orders under £20, there’s a delivery fee of £3.95

How to cancel a subscription?

You are free to cancel a subscription at any time. All you need to do is visit your account and you can manage your subscriptions by going to the Subscriptions tab.

Where do you deliver to?

Cambridge: Chesterton, Arbury, Kings Hedges, Newnham, Trumpington, Barnwell, Queen Edith’s, Castle, Petersfield, Romsey, Coleridge, Cherry Hinton.

When do you deliver?

 Our deliveries are usually between 7:30 – 16:00. This is to ensure that we get the freshest produce to you quickly.

How do I donate a box?

You can donate anything!

Simply add to your basket and let us know in the notes when you checkout. You can donate your produce to The Red Hen Project.

They’ll whisk your donations away and take them straight to a vulnerable family in North Cambridge. 

Alternatively, you can send your fruit basket to Addenbrookes Charitable Trust. We’ll deliver your donation to Addenbrookes Hospital where it’ll be distributed to NHS staff. Please see our social media to see how much our customers have donated this year.

Help! I have a problem

We are human and sometimes, just sometimes, you might find a product that bypasses our super-high quality standards.

No-one takes customer service more seriously than we do, in fact it’s paramount to everything we do. If you’re not happy then neither are we!

All our alarm bells and sirens go off, everything goes on hold until you’re looked after. In any case just let us know and we’ll do our absolute utmost to make sure you’re happy. We’ll either replace your product in your next delivery or credit your refund you.

If you’re still not happy just speak to Neil or Nisha and we’ll always try our hardest to correct any issues.
